RECLAIM YOUR VEHICLE

We recognize that having your vehicle towed is a significant inconvenience and material expense. We would like to help you reclaim your vehicle as easily as possible. Hopefully the listing of the required items will make this a better experience for you.

• The sign posted at the property from where your vehicle was removed has the address where your vehicle is located. We encourage you to contact us and be sure that you come prepared to ensure all requirements are fulfilled so we can release the vehicle without complication. We have multiple locations with one phone number to call, please call us at 331-814-3456. We are open for releases 24 hours, seven days per week.
• To reclaim the vehicle, the person reclaiming must either have the vehicles keys or proof of ownership. Both are NOT required. The person reclaiming the vehicle must provide us with a state issued identification that matches the person reclaiming the vehicle.
• Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. Currency Cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. These cards may be either Credit or Debit. If a Credit or Debit card is used, the owner of the card must be present and be able to provide us with a state issued identification that matches the Credit or Debit card and the person using the card.
• The fees are structured by vehicle weight and type. The fees are labeled on the sign that is posted at the property from where your vehicle was removed.
